Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bring my dog into the Park?
Unfortunately not. Due to the close contact with the animals, we allow only assistance dogs into the Farm Park. You can, however, take them on the Wildlife Walk, which they will no doubt enjoy!
Is the Farm Park suitable for wheelchair users?
The indoor barns, visitor centre and cafe are all accessible for wheelchairs. The ‘Rare Breeds Through History’ walkway and adventure play areas however are accessed via an uneven and slightly stony path. Whilst most of our customers using electric wheelchairs manage these areas without trouble, visitors pushing chairs manually can sometimes struggle.
If you or a member of your party has reduced mobility, we would be happy to offer you one of the wheelchairs we keep on site. Please call ahead to reserve one for your visit.
