Free wildlife walk at Cotswold Farm Park - a self-guided nature trail to spot animals and plants

Embark on our captivating Wildlife Walk and be treated to breathtaking views of the rolling Cotswold Hills, with a particularly stunning vista overlooking Gorse Valley towards the picturesque village of Kineton.

You can also join us on the first Sunday of the month at 8.30am for a 1 hour guided walk with your furry friend in the Cotswold countryside.

Delve into the rich history of the area, where grazing animals, especially Cotswold sheep, have shaped the landscape for centuries.

Witness the thriving biodiversity of Barton Bushes, designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), and discover how our environmentally friendly farming practices contribute to the preservation of wildlife and its habitat across our expansive 650-hectare mixed holding.

Follow the marked route, guided by arrows and informative boards, and if you prefer a shorter walk, a 1-mile option is available.

Please be aware that the path passes through farmland where grazing animals may be present. Don't forget to grab a printed map from the Farm Park shop to enhance your exploration.

  1. When is the Farm Park open?  The Farm Park is open everyday, please see here for more details. 
  2. Are dogs allowed on the Farm Park? Unfortunately dogs are now allowed into the Farm Park, however they are welcome into the Ox Shed and events fields. We also have a dog friendly wildlife walk you can try as well. It's a delightful 3-mile stroll around the beautiful boundaries of our working farm.
  3. Is there food and drink available on the Farm Park? The Ox Shed is open every day serving breakfast and brunch from 8.30am and lunch from 11.30am to 3.30pm. Also lookout for our special food nights. We have a variety of food and drink options throughout the park as well, with indoor and outdoor seating. 
  4. Is the Farm Park accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs? We strive to offer an inclusive experience for everybody who visits the Farm Park with good access throughout the park. Please see here for more details.
