Extended opening hours for Evening Lambing

We know that Lambing is one of the most magical times of year here at the Farm Park and many of you just can’t get enough. If you’ve always wondered what it’s like in our lambing shed after dusk then you are in luck! For one night only, we will be keeping the Animal barn open until 8pm. Wrap up warm and snuggle together to watch our ewes bring their lambs into the world (hopefully!). Hot food and plenty of hot drinks will be available from the Shed. Just buy a normal day ticket and enter any time between 10:30am and 7:00pm to take part in this event. Check out our special event listings to find out more.

The Three Counties Henson Pig Trail

Marketing Gloucester have been working with the Royal Three Counties Show team to develop the trail. There will be twenty statues of the pigs dotted around the city with an additional...

To celebrate, we're starting the new season with a bang with our very first Lambing Week. We're also inviting members to bring a friend with them for free; watching the first tentative steps of a lamb or goat kid is such a memorable experience, it can only be made better by sharing it with loved ones. Check out our lambing infographic (below) for some fun facts and figures from behind the scenes at the farm. We hope to see you soon!   View Full...

Keeping the ‘Little Dudes’ happy at The Big Feastival

Adam took with him some of the team from the Cotswold Farm Park, who worked with the National Farmers’ Union (NFU) and JCB to bring a total countryside experience to the younger festival-goers. We’re all passionate about food, farming and fun so we were delighted to be involved. It was all going on in the ‘Little Dudes Den’ – rabbit and chick-handling, driving practice on JCB pedal tractors and a chance to have a go at milking Daisy, the wooden cow. Visitors were also on the lookout for Eric, Morag and Magee (cuddly Highland cow toys) for the chance to win an annual family pass to Cotswold Farm Park and a JCB toy. Whilst...
