New Adventure Barn

On Saturday 16th September, we will be opening our brand new Adventure Barn! The barn will be split into three sections; Barefoot Beach, Forest Floor and Construction Corner. These will feature a large sandpit with tower and beach hut, a ride on didicar track with den play area and a JCB area with ride on tractors! All areas will combine play and education - linking these aspects to our local history and the forming of the landscape. As well as a play area for the kids, we are adding a cafe outlet - The Shed - for the grown ups, serving hot and cold drinks with snacks.

Horse Arc

We have recently welcomed a Horse Arc to the Farm Park that is being enjoyed by our string of Exmoor Ponies! After its great success at Countryfile Live, being used by our Highland Cattle, it has been moved to the park. ‘Developed in co-operation with Equine Scientists and the National Trust, Horse Arcs are loved by horses and are becoming the must have field shelter for horse owners.’ - Horse Arc The Arc is helping to keep our Exmoor Ponies and their foals warm and dry in the cold weather! Say ‘hello’ to Inspiration

We've just welcomed a new addition to the Rare Breeds Walkway – a steel white bull, which towers over its paddock-mates, standing at 3.3 metres tall. The steel sculpture, named ‘Inspiration’ after one of the real-life White Park bulls here at the Park, is a celebration of the life and work of Adam’s father, Joe Henson, founder of the Park and well-known in the farming community for his work with rare breed farm animals. ‘Inspiration’ was designed and created by artist and artisan, Dave Danson-Hill and is a result of 6 long months of hard work. Look out for Inspiration when you visit us... you'll be able to spot him...

New Animal Barn

  On Saturday 22nd July we'll be opening the gates to our brand new Animal Barn, where animals and activities will be kept, regular demonstrations will be shown and bottle feeding will be held. Our new addition means there will be more space on the park as well as more attractions for our visitors to explore - just in time for the summer holidays! The Demonstration Barn and Touch Barn will be undergoing upgrades too, with new indoor play equipment and animal pens for all to enjoy. We are always trying to improve the park to help our customers have the best experience possible. We are very excited about our new developments...
