What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo as well as cash and cheques.

Do you accept dogs?

With the exception of guide dogs, dogs are not permitted into the Farm Park.

Are we allowed to re-enter the Farm Park?

You are welcome to come in and out during the day of your visit – simply show your wristband upon re-entry.

How long does it take to go round?

Allow at least half a day for your visit.

What footwear should we bring?

Do bring wellington boots or wear closed shoes during your visit, especially during or after bad weather.

Do groups need to pre-book?

Groups of 20 or more paying in one single transaction can take advantage of our “group” rates. There is no need for family groups to pre-book, although all coach and mini-bus visitors must ring in advance to arrange their visit.

What is the latest time we can arrive?

Last entry is half an hour before closing.

Is there car parking?

There is ample free car and coach parking on site.

What is there to do if it rains during our visit?

Our Touch Barn, Play Barn and Demonstration Barn all offer under-cover facilities when the weather isn’t perfect.
