
A check is made at the end of the event to ensure all riders have returned safely.
All riders are requested to take a mobile telephone with them, and are provided with a ticket giving emergency contact telephone numbers of Farm Park staff to contact, in case of an accident around the course. Jumps are individually numbered to identify location.
All jumps are marked with red and white arrows and riders must not jump other walls, fences and obstacles. Riders must keep the jumps clear for following riders and to allow their safe passage.
A responsible person over the age of 18 must supervise riders under the age of 14.
Riders under the age of 8 years old, and riders who have not demonstrated riding proficiency to the satisfaction of the organisers, are only allowed on the course with lead reins.
All riders will wear helmets complying with BS6473 and all footwear worn by riders will have well defined heels.
Dogs are not allowed to accompany riders or spectators on the route and no vehicles are allowed on the route.
