We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the team at this exciting time. This is a new position which will require strong leadership and teamwork skills to support our teams during a phase of growth, ensuring that the quality of our offer continues to grow, that standards are maintained and improved, and that we become more efficient with our resources so that full attention can be applied to the customer experience.

 ENTERTAINMENTS MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced entertainments manager to join our team. Overseeing our brilliant Display Team, you’ll be responsible for delivering all of our customer content. You’ll have bags of experience planning and organising events, and a natural stage presence – able to entertain and educate all of our visitors.

RETAIL/ ADMISSIONS ASSISTANT

A part-time position has become available.  You will ideally have some knowledge of EPOS till systems but full training can be given. You will need to be able to work in both admissions and retail areas, but also willing to assist in other areas of the company. Great customer service skills and enthusiasm for the business is a must. You will be required to work during school holidays and busy periods.

Contract type: This is a full season (March-December), part time role

Working pattern: This role will be flexible and you will be needed to cover our busy periods including weekends, bank holidays and school holidays

COMMIS CHEF

We are looking for a keen and dedicated commis chef with previous experience of at least 2 years in a busy catering environment. The role will include fresh food preparation, baking and food service. The candidate will be provided with full training but will be required to run the kitchen in the absence of the head chef, overseeing a kitchen assistant and managing full service of up to 200 hot meals. You should also be aware of the current FSA and COSSH regulations.

Experience of stock control and ordering would be an advantage. The successful candidate will be required to work alone and as part of a team and able to make quick yet safe decisions, whilst liaising with Front of House staff and management.

Contract type: This is a full season (March-December), part time role

Working pattern: 5 days a week, including regular weekends

CATERING ASSISTANT

We are looking for fun and reliable individuals that enjoy working as part of a busy team. The role will include preparing and serving fresh food, clearing tables, general house-keeping, and excellent customer service skills. You must be confident and enthusiastic; the role may include working alone in a kiosk or as part of a team in the busy restaurant.

Contract type: Various full and part time positions are available

Working pattern: Hours are flexible but we will particularly need cover during busy periods including weekends, bank holidays and school holidays

PART TIME, SEASONAL CLEANER

We are seeking a person to cover 2 days a week in our cleaning team. The role is varied, covering a large outdoor site and ensuring that every area, from our toilets to our picnic areas, are cleaned and maintained to a high standard throughout the day. This role may be combined with part time work in other areas of the Farm Park.

Contract type: This is a full season (March-December), part time role

Working pattern: 2 days a week, one of which must be a Saturday
